This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Wear This Next.

Delivery destinations and charges

We deliver only to destinations offered at checkout. Available delivery services, current charges and any estimated delivery windows are displayed before you place your order. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges after checkout.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared after payment has been accepted. We aim to dispatch promptly, but processing may take longer during busy periods, weekends or public holidays. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order leaves us.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless a different period has been agreed with you, no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Tracking

If your selected service includes tracking, the details will be included in your dispatch notification. Tracking may take a short time to update after collection by the carrier.

Delivery address

Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch, and additional charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.

Delays, loss or damage

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, use our Contact page with your order number. Please keep the packaging and provide photographs if the parcel or contents are damaged.

International orders

If international delivery is available at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or handling fees that are not collected by us, unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can also affect delivery times.
