These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or place an order with Wear This Next. Please read them before purchasing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and presentation

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens, and fragrance perception is personal. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, a decant is independently prepared in our own labelled atomiser and is not supplied in the fragrance brand's original retail bottle or packaging. Wear This Next is not affiliated with the fragrance brands shown unless expressly stated.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Payment must be authorised using one of the methods available at checkout.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform remain unaffected.

Using fragrance products

Use products only as intended and follow any safety information supplied. Avoid contact with eyes, do not ingest, keep away from children and pets, and keep fragrance away from flames and sources of heat. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice if needed.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, graphics and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being offered.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot legally be restricted. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
